Rickey D. Johnson, owner and operator of Juniques MultiCultural Connections, a community development company, and

Juniques Marketing, a promotion and marketing company, is dedicated to assisting B.O.B.S.A. in being the most sought-after company for individuals and companies who want to be the best in the black hair care product industry.


Mr. Johnson, who retired in 1993 from the United States Air Force after twenty-plus years of service, brings exceptional and realistic business growth training to B.O.B.S.A.

He held several positions during his military career: personnel superintendent/instructor, personnel/retention/total quality management instructor, non-commissioned officer leadership development instructor, and career assistance advisor.


The portfolio of daily CAA responsibilities includes guiding Airmen in making informed decisions about their military careers, such as career path counseling, reenlistments, retraining, and specialty job opportunities. He advised commanders and supervisors on enlisted force management and professional development opportunities and managed the administration of key training programs such as the First Term Airmen Course.


Mr. Johnson provided distributor training and business development for Black Heritage Products, a direct sale company based in Greensboro, North Carolina, as the National Training Director.


He was tasked with providing practical and actionable business growth and development training for Black Heritage Products distributors


Mr. Johnson offers over 30 years of personal development and sales training to individuals and companies throughout the United States. Working with micro- and small-business owners, he provides marketing and promotional tactics and strategies.

His approach to "no rejection" customer acquisition and retention proved to be extremely helpful for new and experienced business owners. He is very instrumental in helping people learn many types of sales approaches, including inside sales, outside sales, transactional sales, solution sales, provocative sales, consultative sales, insight-based sales, and social sales, with an emphasis on performance-based activities.

The BOBSA Organization was established in 2003 for the purpose of empowering the African American beauty and barber community in order to establish sustained economic development in the black hair care and cosmetics sector.
